Organizations & teams
An organization is the container for your apps, members, and billing. Use multiple organizations to keep work strictly separated.
Default organization
When you sign up, Qassandra creates a personal organization for you automatically. You can keep working in it forever — most solo developers do — or create additional organizations for clients, side projects, or separate companies.
Creating an organization
- Click your organization name in the sidebar to open the organization switcher.
- Choose Create new organization.
- Give it a name. You can change it any time under Organization settings.
Inviting members
- Open Organization settings → Members.
- Click Invite member and enter their email address.
- Pick a role (see below) and send. They'll get an email link to join.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access. Create and delete apps, manage billing, invite and remove members, generate API keys, and change settings. |
| Member | View and run checks, approve flow suggestions, edit flows. Cannot manage members or billing. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to apps, flows, and check reports. Cannot trigger checks or edit anything. |
API keys are per app, not per user
API keys belong to the app, not the person who created them. Anyone who can access the app can use its key. Rotate keys when a team member leaves.Switching organizations
Click your organization name at the top of the sidebar to switch. The dashboard remembers your last-used organization across sessions.
Removing members
Open Organization settings → Members and click Remove next to a member. They lose access immediately. Anything they created (apps, flows, checks) stays with the organization — it isn't tied to their account.
Deleting an organization
At the bottom of Organization settings, the danger zone lets you delete the organization. This removes all of its apps, flows, checks, and screenshots permanently. You can't delete the only organization you belong to — leave it as your personal scratch space.
